Are you looking forward to Thanksgiving? What is your favorite part of the holiday? Is it getting off work in the middle of the week? Getting together with family and friends? The food? The football or parades? My favorite part is getting together with family and the gratitude we all express for what we have. My hubby, to rogue who put up real Thanksgiving decorations in his small space of the building, was groaning about the Christmas decorations going up in the building without even a hint of Thanksgiving anything. Do retail and money dictate our holidays to us? Sadly, I think so.Let's not forget to be grateful to God for what we have; the pilgrims were.

I recently posted and emailed a Weigh-In Challenge for my Insiders (subscribers) and Facebook followers. It was not announced on all of social media for a reason: I wanted to give faithful followers an opportunity to win with weight during a rough season and reward them with a prize. There were a lot of people who visited our website looking for the event. I realize there are a lot of scams out there, so if in doubt, email me at email@example.com to find out more information. If that was YOU, simply subscribe or follow us on Facebook to get the perks of being an Insider. Insiders get special discounts, early sign-ups, and other events just for being faithful to Totally Fit 4 Life Ministries. Membership has it's privileges!
By the way, we do have some Insiders who are doing the Weigh-In Challenge. I know they are going to do an awesome job! Why? How many of you are willing to do what it takes to avoid gaining 10 pounds, that's right, 10 pounds during the Thanksgiving season??? Jealous? Don't be because other opportunities are coming. Watch for them by becoming an Insider.
