If you love comic book heroes and exercise, you will love Spiderman Pushups! This variation of the regular pushup work a lot of muscles at one time: biceps, triceps, pecs, core, obliques, quads, hamstrings, and glutes. Using more muscle power burns more calories while it helps build lean muscle.
How to do: Begin in a plank position. Lower body with arms while you bring knee up at side toward elbow. Push back up as you put the leg back in place. Now you can be Spiderman or Spiderwoman!
