End of Week Review October 7, 2016

Last week, several people missed this type of post. I apologize that it was missing. My hubby and I were in Alabama for a seminar. I took my work with me, complete with a new Kindle Fire 8 and keyboard case, which worked great for what I normally do.That is until I tried to work on the End of the Week post. Evidently the Silk browser doesn't work well with my web host. I didn't expect this problem at all. From now on, I will either pre-post it or let you know ahead of time to not expect it.

Also, posts are normally up around 6:30 am for the most part. Sometimes there are gliches with the post scheduler sites and every once in a while they don't cooperate I am on the upswing from long-term gluten exposure from renovations in our apartment building. It will take some time for me to get that fine dust out of furniture, carpet, etc.I've been getting up later, posting around 7:30 instead of 6:30 as a result. Most posts between 6:30 and 8:30 am. Blog posts are normally up on Tuesday and Thursday, but can take a little longer if it is a subject that requires more research.Thank you for your kind understanding.

Our new challenge is the Falling Leaves Challenge! Lose weight, inches, or body fat% or gather mileage by jogging/running, cycling, elliptical, or swimming. This challenge begins October 24, 2016 and end November 23, 2016. Participants will be put into a random drawing for some prizes. Signs begin October 15, 2016. The page is under construction now. Watch for updates.

This month is Breast Cancer Awareness month. Have you done your monthly exam? Have you scheduled your mammogram? I have! Men get breast cancer, too. Have you been checked?

How about your regular check-ups: medical, dental, and vision? Prevention is key!
