Do you ever wish life was simple? I think most adults do. Work gets complicated, home gets complicated, and so does everything else we encounter. Although we are sharpened in our troubleshooting skills, we get worn down when too many things pile up on us. You would think people would flock to find solutions to live a more simple life, but would you believe they don't? Instead, they are too busy looking for the next best way to lose 10 pounds, boost their butts, and flatten their abs. I have a secret for you: learning to live simply has many solutions to a lot of issues, including losing weight, getting into shape, and eating healthier. Are you surprised? If I had put a picture of a beach with the post, I would have seen a spike in readership. The answers aren't in escaping reality nor vacation; it's in the daily living part of life. It's easier to look only at the surface than to do the tough work from the inside out.
If you missed the registration deadline for Healthy Lifestyles, you can get into a group in January 2017. Also, if you missed Guts 2 Gallons, there will be another fitness or weight loss challenge sometime soon. Keep your eyes peeled!
Watch for different events in your community as opportunities for physical activity. The MS Walks are going on across the country. Get some exercise and help a worthy cause!
