You are a great people!  I appreciate your readership, your insights, and getting to know some of you. In an effort to serve you better, I am out for a conference this week. I find that the more we learn and grow, the better equipped we  are to serve others. On that note, I am out until Monday, June 13, 2016. So, that means there will not be a regular End of Week Review. Thank you for your patience!

Your input for weight loss and fitness challenges are important! Please send me your suggestions. You may email me or comment below. The Fall fitness/weight loss challenge will begin September 12, 2016. I want to offer you a fun, friendly competition! If you would like prizes, there will be a small fee to participate fully. I will have a free level without prizes and limited access, but paid participants will have a special group and prizes to give more of an incentive to succeed!

You will see some dust flying on this website over the summer! I clean out the old to make room for the new for you! Keep your eyes open to let me know what you think! Weight Loss Tip: When you put your food on a plate, use a luncheon plate instead of a dinner plate. The rim of the plate is a "No Zone". Eat at a your dinner table without a t.v. or electronic device available. You will feel satisfied with less!

Faith Tip: Set an appointment on your smart phone or tablet labelled "God", with an alert 15 minutes before your appointment time with Him. The 15 minute transition will help you finish what you were doing, allowing you to spend uninterrupted time in prayer and Bible study!
