End of Week Review 12/31/2015

It feels odd wishing you a Happy New Year already! Where has time gone? 2015 has been a great year for us. How about you? I expect 2016 to be great as well.  If I could wish anything for your new year, it would be JOY. Not everyone has that, you know. I know families and individuals whose 2015 has been full of challenges, disappointment, and heartache. Yet even in the midst of all of it, JOY can be found. Joy is not dependent upon our happiness. It is dependent upon our faith in God's goodness, mercy, and grace. May you have JOY!

Have you started your goals for the New Year? There are two blog posts that may be valuable to you: Resolutions vs. Goals: Which works?  and one from last year, Resolve Expanded.  The best thing for you to do now, is get moving and eat healthy.  More help to come over the next few weeks.

Have you felt stranded lately? This week's devotion Sucking Air is for you. Remember to keep your eyes on Jesus. He is the source of life!

My hubby and I are still in Florida for vacation. It's good to rest, relax, and renew. Can't go on vacation? Do a Stay-cation instead. Find little ways where you are able to leave stresses and demands on your time and attention behind for a little while. You will have fresh energy to take on what is waiting for you.

In the meantime, check out the workout downloads on the Products page. You can also still sign up for one of the fitness and weight loss challenges. If you want to do one of the older ones and are looking for  accountability, email me. You can do any of them for free. If you want the journal and video clips, then there will be a cost for Guts 2 Gallons and Gutbusters. Do you want to join a Healthy Lifestyles group? Check it out and sign up!

I look forward to hearing about your successes! May God bless you!
