You have probably come back to my blog page to see if I have posted something over the past few weeks. In place of posts for the time being, I have begun posting a Scripture of the Day on the Home page. Hopefully, you have discovered it and been blessed by reading it. Also the 3/10/3 Challenge has been posted. I do hope that, if you are cleared by your physician, that you are giving it a try. The Pay Now buttons have been replaced with a Shopping Cart to help you gather the services you want and see how much you have spent. Several changes are taking place as a result of input and watching to see what God wants.
First Things First! My own life is very full. It keeps me busy to say the least. But all that busy-ness is worthless without putting Christ first in my life. When He is first in my priorities, everything else falls into place. When He is not, life gets extremely chaotic and stressful! I was listening to Dr. Joyce Myer on my way home the other day. She was talking about giving Christ everything. In this segment, she said that if we can't turn a cookie over to Christ (understanding she was referring to a food addiction), then we as Christians are in trouble! Our lives, our hang-ups and our addictive behaviors can be transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit. She is very right. In this next phase of Totally Fit 4 Life, hopefully you will be more encouraged to give Christ lordship of everything in your life. In 2 Corinthians 10:5-6 Paul says that when we walk in the Spirit, we are empowered by Him to tear down strongholds, handle false arguments that are from Satan and to take charge of our thoughts in order to be obedient to Christ. There is nothing we need to fear and handle alone. God's got it if we give it over to Him. God bless!
