Product Review: Cycle Ops Bike Trainer

I bought this bicycle trainer three years ago to stay active indoors, as well as prep for riding distances on trails during the winter. This trainer has variable resistance to give the feel of the road. It fits most bicycles, although I wouldn't use a cheap bike from the local discount store on it simply because it needs to have the quick release system for the back tire. I use it with my Bontrager Nekko. A front wheel holder is a separate, but necessary purchase. It's easy to set up and take bike off. You can find it at most bicycle shops. What a great ride! If your cyclist is looking a bit down because riding in the cold and snow isn't fun, put this one on your shopping list!
