End of Week Review: 10/23/2015

Due to technical issues at Vistaprint yesterday, I was unable to access the website dashboard although you could view the website. Sorry for the delay.

There's a lot of buzz on the internet about exercise, health, fitness, and faith; sorting it all out is crazy! Our goal here at Totally Fit 4 Life is to help you help yourself. No gimmicks, no quick weight loss schemes here. We believe that you have the potential to make a total lifestyle change if you are willing to change how you think about yourself with the help of the Holy Spirit. You don't have to go it alone!

The Healthy Lifestyle Journal is available now for purchase. We will be publishing on demand, so allow two-three weeks from notice of order receipt. They will be the necessary guide along with weekly video clips for Healthy Lifestyle groups, Guts to Gallons and GutBusters challenges starting in January. Watch for registration next month. It will be exciting to see transformation happen for you!

By the way, I am looking for success stories from my blog readers. You can send it through email to me at totallyfit63@gmail.com, no attachments, please. I will choose 1 per month from November to March to feature. This could be you! Tell us about yourself  in 500 words or less what your goals were, how you did them, and how Totally Fit 4 Life helped you. Exercise Spotlight: Inverted Row

This exercise targets core, lats, deltoids, rhomboids, traps, and more. To do this exercise correctly, you must freeze your body totally straight, like a board. You should look up while keeping your chin retracted. Don't "sit"! Pull your body up toward the bar without hitting chest on bar. Modification: bend knees and reduce the angle. Other equipment that may be used: squat rack bar, TRX, Lebert Equalizer, or a table.
