Thank you for your patience while I've been away the past few days. Things should be back to semi-normal. I'm feeling the effects of the time and climate difference, though. Groups have everything they need until I am back since sessions were set ahead of time.
We have had an adventure! It began with a trek to Indiana with a U-Haul trailer in tow behind us. Our new daughter-in-law needed help moving her things to New Mexico. Stuffed to the rooftop we traversed across the US, part of which was the old Route 66. It must have been great in it's hay day, but now it looks quite seedy. From there, leaving her with her new hubby and their stuff to set up housekeeping, we moved north to Colorado by way of the Santa Fe Trail. We got to spend time with my older daughter and her family. Two busy grandkids to play with at the park! There is a reason we have children when we are younger. We took time out to visit the Rocky Mountains at Estes Park. The picture of the drop below is from the edge of the road. No guard rails. That messed with my fear of heights! Onward to a conference for pilots, then we travel back to Michigan. It will be good to be back home. And to be rid of the trailer.Yes, it was with us the entire time.
God gives us adventures. Some are great and some we don't care to repeat. There are always valuable take-aways from any situation, including the adventures I share with you relating to faith, health, fitness, and wellness. Watch next week for these tidbits of important info for your fitness toolkit, spiritual growth, and more!.
If you have prayer requests, feel free to contact us. This has always been available, but few ever take advantage of this part of Totally Fit 4 Life's ministry. Also feel free to join in discussions on Twitter, Facebook, and Google+. I have tossed out discussion starters, but not many participate. I enjoy sharing things with all of you, but I also like to hear from you.
Many blessings for your week!
