I don't know about you, but by the end of January, I have accidentally written last year's date.Maybe you had setbacks due to colds or flu already at the beginning of working toward your health and personal goals. Thankfully, we are able to dust ourselves off and begin again!

Exercise of the week: The Lunge
To avoid knee injury, keep feet parallel, body upright, with the front knee directly over ankle. Drop back knee straight down toward, but not on, floor.
Variations include: Walking lunges, weighted lunges, glute activation lunges, sliding lunges, side lunges, suspended lunges, compass lunges and lunge jumps.
